Timeline

Priced gently, because it should be.

Timeline costs a small share of what you invoiced last month — nothing under $500, and never more than $99. Every feature is there at every level, so the price never decides what you’re allowed to use.

Free under $500 a month.

A price that grows with your work, not ahead of it.

The quieter your month, the less you pay — and the busiest months are capped, so the price never runs away from you. Wherever you sit on the ladder, you get everything Timeline does.

Pricing, answered plainly.

How much will I pay?

It depends on what you invoiced the month before. Under $500, you pay nothing. From there it steps up gently through set brackets, and it’s capped at $99 once you’re invoicing $12,000 or more — the table above shows every step. The same features come with every level.

What counts toward my invoiced total?

The support work you billed in the prior month — the invoices you raised for shifts and services. It’s last month’s figure that sets this month’s fee, so a quiet month is reflected straight away, not held against a longer average.

Is there a free tier or lock-in, and when do I add a card?

Timeline is free under $500 invoiced a month. You add payment details when you go to preview and send your first invoice — so you can set up, run your shifts and write your notes before any card. There’s no lock-in either: leave whenever you like, and your records come with you as PDF or CSV.

Does the fee change with my plan manager?

No. Your fee is worked out only from what you invoiced — it makes no difference whether a plan manager, the agency or a self-managed participant pays the invoice. Plan-managed and self-managed work the same way on Timeline.

What if my income varies a lot month to month?

Your fee tracks the month you just had — not a running average and not a forecast. A quiet month (or a gap between service agreements) drops you straight back down the brackets; a busy month does the opposite, capped at $99 either way. Nothing carries over.
